The Firefly Stay Short-Term Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a stay at The Firefly Stay, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Reservation: A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 100% deposit or full payment, as specified in the booking details.

2.2 Payment Methods: We accept Credit Card + More.

2.3 Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation 24 hours prior to booking. If you cancel the day of, there may be a partial or no refund.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

3.1 Check-In Time: 4PM - 10PM.

3.2 Check-Out Time: Guests are required to check out by 11AM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

4. House Rules

4.1 Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 10 People. Additional guests may result in eviction without refund.

4.2 Pets: Pets are approved on a case by case basis.

4.3 No Smoking: No smoking allowed in the premises.

4.4 Noise: Guests are expected to respect neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours.

5. Property Care

5.1 Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property and its contents. A security deposit may be required.

5.2 Cleaning: Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as check-in. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.

6. Communication

6.1 Text Messaging: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to your reservation.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Personal Information: We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

8.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
